What is Kiwanis?

Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. Today, we stand with more than 550,000 members in 80 countries and geographic areas.

Each community has different needs, and Kiwanis empowers members to pursue creative ways to serve the needs of children, such as fighting hunger, improving literacy and offering guidance.

Service is at the heart of every Kiwanis club, no matter where in the world it’s located. Members stage approximately 150,000 service projects and raise nearly US$100 million every year for communities, families and projects. By working together, members achieve what one person cannot accomplish alone.

Members of our club enjoy having fun while serving the community and developing life-long friendships. Members attend club meetings, serve at community events and help with fundraising activities.

While we hope members are as active as possible, we know life is busy. 100% attendance is not expected, so don't be afraid to consider membership no matter your career or family situation.


Corporate Membership

We offer both individual and corporate memberships. An individual membership is great for people who are looking to build their personal leadership skills, network and make friends with like-minded people while serving children locally and throughout the world. A corporate membership offers the same opportunities. A corporate member’s workplace benefits from being named a corporate sponsor of Kiwanis, while the individual representative enjoys the benefits of being part of a club.
